Privacy in the guest register.
This policy describes the information Royal Gaming Voyages receives when a person enters a reservation request or contact enquiry and the limited browser preference used by the privacy notice.
Information entered in forms
A reservation request may include full name, email address, Preferred Travel Date, selected sea residence, date flexibility, number of adult guests, room category, casino interests, dining preferences, wellness preferences, accessibility requirements and an additional message. The form also records separate confirmations that guests are 18 or over and that the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use have been accepted.
A contact enquiry may include guest name, contact email, enquiry category, preferred reply period, message and Privacy Policy confirmation. Royal Gaming Voyages does not ask these forms for card details, security codes, PINs, passport numbers, document photographs, casino deposits or gambling budgets.
Why information is used
Information is used to review the requested future travel date, route and room; assess practical availability; prepare a complete rate summary; answer enquiries; discuss dining, wellness or accessibility needs; administer adult-only access requirements; preserve a correspondence record; and meet legal, safety and dispute-management duties.
Preferred Travel Date
The Preferred Travel Date is a planning request. It is used to search the relevant operational window and does not create a confirmed departure, reservation or entitlement. Royal Gaming Voyages may propose a different date or explain that a route is unavailable.
Adult confirmation and later verification
The 18+ checkbox is a declaration attached to the request, separate from later identity verification. Casino entry and some voyage procedures may require valid proof of age and identity under vessel rules and applicable law. The public form does not request a birth date or identity-document details.
Browser storage
The site uses localStorage only to remember that the compact privacy notice has been closed. The key is kingsmerePrivacyNotice. Form contents are not placed in localStorage by the site script.
Sharing and access
Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need the information to review a request, support voyage operations, maintain records, protect safety or comply with law. Information should not be sold or used for unrelated advertising profiles.
Retention principles
Request information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, potential booking, operational record, legal requirements and proportionate dispute prevention. Retention periods should reflect the status of the request, applicable law and the sensitivity of accessibility or preference information. Information should then be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Security and international operations
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards should protect request information. Sea travel may require authorised access from more than one jurisdiction; any cross-border handling should follow applicable safeguards and be limited to the purpose of the request.
Choices and questions
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or another available privacy right by writing to the displayed contact address: reservations@royalgamingvoyages.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
Legal review before launch
This document must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before the commercial launch of Royal Gaming Voyages, including for the company’s actual legal entity, processing systems, retention periods, jurisdictions and guest-rights procedure.
