Website and request status

Website descriptions support informed enquiries. Entering a Preferred Travel Date, route or room category does not reserve inventory, confirm sailing or create a contract. A booking arises only through the final process specified by Royal Gaming Voyages after availability, pricing and applicable conditions have been supplied and accepted.

Adult voyages

Royal Gaming Voyages sea residences are intended for adult guests. A requester confirms that all named guests are at least 18, while accepting that a higher age may apply in a jurisdiction or to an activity. Separate age and identity verification can be required before embarkation, casino entry or cashier use.

Availability and price changes

Routes, rooms and preferred dates remain subject to availability. Fares may change before confirmation because of itinerary, room category, capacity, operational cost or other relevant conditions. Standard taxes and port charges are included in the displayed starting fares; the complete rate summary identifies the confirmed inclusions and any selected additional services.

Itinerary changes

Ports, order, timing, sea days and programme elements may change for weather, safety, navigation, port availability, law, public authority instructions or operational needs. Royal Gaming Voyages may substitute, shorten or omit a call where reasonably necessary. The final booking conditions should explain any resulting remedies required by applicable law.

Hotel services

Room configuration, housekeeping timing, room service hours, restaurants, bars, concierge, spa, wellness, entertainment and shore activities vary by vessel and programme. Specialty dining, spa treatments and selected shore experiences may cost extra. Accessibility requests are reviewed individually against vessel configuration and safety requirements.

Casino access and gambling restrictions

Casino wagers are separate from the voyage fare, and a ticket is not a gambling balance. The physical casino room opens only when vessel position and applicable law permit. It closes in ports, territorial waters and other restricted areas. Table games, slot machines, limits and hours can change; casino entry may be refused or withdrawn for failed verification, voluntary restriction, self-exclusion, intoxication, conduct, safety or legal reasons.

Conduct

Guests must follow safety directions, vessel rules, casino etiquette and reasonable staff instructions. Harassment, violence, interference with games, unlawful activity, damage, unsafe conduct or material disruption may lead to restricted services, removal from an area or further action consistent with the final booking terms and applicable law.

Changes and cancellations

Specific change, cancellation, refund and transfer terms will be supplied before a booking is confirmed. They may vary by fare, date, route and proximity to departure. Guests should review those terms carefully and consider appropriate travel protection.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment and cannot guarantee a result or income. Guests should set financial and time limits, take breaks, avoid borrowed funds and never chase losses. Casino staff may help with voluntary restrictions and self-exclusion.

Limitations and mandatory rights

To the extent allowed by law, Royal Gaming Voyages is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, guest breach, independent personal decisions or services clearly identified as separately arranged. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Final commercial terms must identify the actual contracting entity and governing provisions.
